Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the ToBeWed Premium Unlock made through our website at tobewed.app.
The ToBeWed model: what you're buying
ToBeWed offers a free tier with no time limit. You can use guest lists, RSVPs, and budget tracking at no cost, for as long as you need, before deciding whether to upgrade.
The Premium Unlock is a one-time payment of $29.00 USD that adds multi-event management and AI-assisted vendor contract parsing to your account. It is a lifetime purchase, not a subscription, and there is no renewal charge.
Our refund policy
Payments for the Premium Unlock are generally non-refundable.
Because ToBeWed offers a permanent, fully functional free tier before any purchase, buyers have the opportunity to use the product and confirm it meets their needs prior to paying. The Premium Unlock is a one-time digital access grant with no meaningful return mechanism once unlocked.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in individual cases. We generally do not issue refunds where AI Autofill features have been meaningfully used, as each use of the AI contract parsing feature incurs real processing costs that are not recoverable.
Billing errors. If your account was charged in error (a duplicate charge, a charge for a product you did not intend to purchase, or a verified technical failure), we will correct the error promptly. Contact us at support@tobewed.app with your order details.
Chargebacks. If you initiate a payment dispute through your card issuer or bank, we will respond to Stripe's dispute process with documentation of your purchase and account activity. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute; most issues can be resolved faster that way.
There is no subscription to cancel
Because the Premium Unlock is a one-time lifetime purchase, there is no recurring billing to cancel. You will not be charged again after your initial purchase. Your Premium access continues for the life of your account.
If you wish to delete your account entirely, you may do so from the Settings panel at any time. Account deletion does not trigger a refund under this policy.
